Support and refund policy
What support is
Monthly support and one-time gifts help pay for LOUD BRAIN and the Seth Can’t Stop streams. They don’t buy products or access. Everything that’s free stays free, and the CAN’T STOP+ archive only needs a free account.
While you have a support level, from monthly support here or a Twitch sub on SethCantStop or LOUD BRAIN, you get 15% off everything at Can’t Stop Records and CantStop Fashion and free US shipping when you’re signed in there. The discount ends when your level does. One-time gifts don’t set a level, so they don’t carry it.
Can’t Stop isn’t a charity, so support isn’t tax-deductible.
Monthly support
- It renews every month on the day you started, until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from your account (Support, then Manage billing). Your level lasts through the month you already paid for, and there are no partial refunds for the rest of it.
- Moving to a higher level starts right away and charges the difference for the rest of the month. Moving to a lower level starts at your next renewal.
- If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again for up to 7 days and your level stays in place meanwhile. After that, the monthly support ends.
One-time gifts
A gift is a single payment. It never renews and doesn’t set a monthly level.
Sales tax
7.5% sales tax is added to every payment. You see the amount, the tax, and the total before you pay.
Refunds
Like subscriptions and gifts on Twitch, payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. If something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge, a technical problem, or a payment you didn’t make, email email@sethcantstop.com and it will be looked at.
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, the level from that payment is removed. Your free account stays.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. cantstop.id never sees or stores your card number. Stripe keeps your saved card and billing address, and you can change them with Manage billing.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live, including cancellation rights in the EU and UK where they apply.
